The Mastercleanse recipe is very quick and easy to make:
* 2 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice
* 2 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup
* 1/10 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
* 10 oz of filtered water
These amounts are enough to make one serve of the lemonade, so to make enough for a day you would obviously multiply it up by approximately ten – you should be aiming to drink 6-12 servings a day. Be sure to put your batch in the refrigerator as otherwise the drink will start to go off.

Is Grade A better than Grade B Maple Syrup?
